Working with Verax

Verax is people-centred. We are a service business and recognise that great service requires competence, positive attitude, respect for those around us and working every day to ensure that all colleagues and customers feel good about what we are achieving together.

Whether engaged by Verax on a short or long term assignment, we are committed to ensuring that all colleagues are treated fairly and with respect. We will always be open and honest about the parameters surrounding each engagement, aiming to ensure that we find the best fit between each candidate and opportunity.

We operate a flat management structure to ensure that the company’s leadership is never detached from any assignment for which we have been engaged, nor are they ever detached from the Verax teams that are challenged to undertake the work. Our culture and approach aims to ensure that we consistently deliver service excellence, whilst growing, having fun and supporting the well-being of all of those individuals with which we are engaged.

Employee testimonial - Geidre Simkute

Geidre joined Verax on 25th October 2021 to take on the role of technician, supporting our client with equipment installation at Intel’s F34 development located near Dublin.

Her outstanding application and commitment, coupled with preparedness to take on increased responsibility, led to her being promoted very rapidly, and within 6 months of joining she earned her 50% increase in pay rate.

As a result of her development within Verax, Geidre was offered a position with our client commencing July 2022. Following her departure Geidre wrote:

“I enjoyed working for Verax, I had great support the entire time I was there. Thanks to them a door opened for me to work as an Engineer in the semiconductor industry. All management and staff were really helpful at every step of my journey with them. It was sincere pleasure working for them”.
